Initial consultation (75 minutes)
We book this in after our free Health Chat. A deep dive into your health story, current challenges, and goals. We’ll start mapping your path to recovery.
Ongoing coaching sessions (45 minutes each)
Weekly or fortnightly sessions tailored to your needs, using proven mind-body and nervous system regulation techniques as well as effective coaching tools.
Stress reduction, setback solutions + health plan
Discover why boundaries are crucial when it comes to burnout or chronic pain relief, and what to do when you have a flare / setback. Build a restorative lifestyle routine that protects your energy and reduces stress.

A collection of your unique exercises, affirmations, and strategies to support your healing long term.
Email support between sessions
Stay on track with check-ins when you need them, and get ongoing email support throughout the program to address challenges and celebrate wins. I will email you a summary of discussion points after each session.

Yes, absolutely. I’m based in Hilton, South Africa most of the year, but I work with clients worldwide. We’ll find a time that suits us both.

Please ensure you’ve ruled out any serious medical conditions, such as cancer, tumours, or infections, with your healthcare provider before starting. This service is designed to complement, not replace, medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
I completely understand that symptoms can fluctuate. I’m flexible and happy to work around how you’re feeling. I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. If needed, we can space sessions out a little more, though I recommend no longer than two weeks between sessions to maintain your progress.
