The free 20-minute Health Chat is an opportunity for us to connect. We'll meet up via Zoom so I can learn more about your journey and what brought you here. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions and see if my coaching would support you in overcoming chronic pain. There is no obligation to join the program during our call, and I will email you more details afterwards if you decide to sign up.
Our first session will be around 90 minutes, giving me time to understand your health history and share more about my approach. After that, sessions will typically last 45 minutes or so. If you're not able to commit to the full session due to your current health, that's completely understandable. We can discuss shorter calls, though I recommend no less than 30 minutes to ensure you get the most out of our time together. Feel free to take the call in bed if need be!
In each session we'll work together to address your unique challenges, focusing on tools and strategies to support your healing journey. I will guide you in discovering which pain and stress management techniques are effective for you, and we'll work on building habits that promote long-term health and resilience. You have control of sessions and sometimes we will see what intuitively comes up for you, and we may do some exercises or visualisations if they’re appropriate. I’ll always ask before guiding you into an activity. You'll leave each session with some actions to move forward.
Yes I do! I am based in Exeter, UK most of the year, but we can work out our time zones and it’s usually possible to find a time that suits us both.

I understand that pain is up and down, so I'm flexible to work around how you're feeling. However, I would ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. If needed, we can space out sessions a bit more, but I recommend no longer than 2 weeks between sessions to maintain your progress.
