Julie Patrick UKIHCA-RHC (owner of Health with Jules) is a certified and registered Health Coach and trauma-informed practitioner. The qualifications held are: UKIHCA Registered Health Coach (UKIHCA-RHC) obtained through UK & International Health Coaches Association, Level 5 Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching obtained through Health Coaches Academy (HCA), Foundations of Health Coaching Course obtained through Personalised Care Institute (PCI), Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certified (in process) obtained through The Embody Lab.

b. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Despite the international nature of our services, the contractual relationship is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this contract (including but not limited to the purchase of Health with Jules services) are to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
c. Insurance Coverage
Our ability to offer services internationally is covered by our insurance policy, which is subject to a UK jurisdiction clause. This means that if a claim were to occur, any legal action against Health with Jules must be brought in a UK court for the policy to provide coverage.
